Call Or Shove vs agg?

Villain: 18/13/2.4 in 3 k hands. my notes show that he is calling a wide range from the bb and he semi bluffs a ton in and out of position. It would make sense since his check raise stat on the flop is 17 percent.

While my equity appears decent in the hand vs. his range do we want to just get it in here? Do you suggest a call shove or call off a blank turn? Is it spew to get it in. Also, do you prefer a shove or click it back to 22.
