KK on ugly board vs. loose villains range..

Villain is a 22/14/2.5 player is 150 hands. His raise ep is about 11 percent.

Based on the 11 percent and the assumed range ( have to give villain much wider range then a standard fr utg player. I am thinkng 8+,AJs+,AhTh,KJs+,KhTh,QhJh,QhTh would take this line and I am almost 50/50 in this spot vs. his range.

Question: does my range given seem on target. Do you see this as an easy fold spot?
