two pair on mono flop against fish

I've played about 20 hands w villain and he seems to be an aggro fish. Running about 40/15/3. I think what makes this hand play wierd are the stack sizes

    His limp vs. raise range consist of so many combinations of fd is not even funny. You may have like 35 percent equity vs. his limping range in this spot. This for me a clear fold spot.
